Gochujang Salmon

This is a great dinner to make sure the week! So easy

- 2 salmon fillets

-gochujang sauce

-2 cups broccoli

-1 cup cooked rice

-1 cup edamame beans frozen or fresh

-sesame oil (2tbsp)

Start by preheating your oven to 400F. Prepare your salmon by patting it dry and then marinating it in the gochujang sauce along with sesame oil and a squeeze of 1/2 a lime. Bake in the oven for 20-25 mins. While that’s cooking, heat a pan with sesame oil and pan fry your broccoli and add in the edamame beans at the end. Season with salt and pepper. Next load up the plate with rice, veggies, and a piece of salmon. Top with sesame seeds and enjoy!
