Carving Out A Creative Moment | Whether it’s in the kitchen, 1:1 coaching, or setting up a watercolor workshop, I am here to help get those creative juices flowing. Healthy living involves getting creative with what works best for you. I call this carving out a creative moment because everyones daily health hacks look different. Creative moments can be taking the time to cook a delicious nourishing breakfast, finding movement that you love, or spending 15 minutes doing a watercolor meditation. Find what you want to incorporate into your day to feel amazing and nourished.

My way of cooking is using whole food ingredients. Think fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, nuts and seeds. Let’s keep going…delicious bircher muesli, crunchy alkalizing salads, and nourishing macro bowls!
