Creative solutions for specialty diets. In my one-on-one consultations, I help individuals achieve their health and wellness goals by providing guidance and support when taking the leap to adopt healthier eating habits. Changing the diet can be challenging and overwhelming. I am here to provide guidance such as offering approachable creative recipes, ensuring every meal is balanced, and provide support in the unknown (grocery shopping, eating out, holiday’s and hosting). Weather you are interested in trying a gluten-free diet and unsure about where to begin or you have been recommended to follow the SIBO diet to support your gut health - I am with you ever step of the way. During this process we will also dive into other parts of life such as stress management, discovering enjoyable physical activities, and better sleep. We will create a tailored program to ensure you reach your goals. I offer 3, 6, and 12 month programs that include:
