Polly’s fig & prosciutto salad
-3-4 chopped figs
-3 slices of prosciutto chopped
-1/4 cup herbs (basil is recommended)
-1/4 cup chopped mozzarella
-handful of arugula
-salt/pepper/olive oil and balsamic vinegar or glaze
chop everything up and drizzle the dressing on top. Leave in the fridge for 10 mins for the flavors to marinade. Assemble the mixture on a bed of lettuce or toast. Enjoy!
