Gingery Green Fried Rice

This was inspired by NYT cooking. They had a similar recipe and I tweaked it just a tad. I love this because it’s warming and has so many veggies packed into one dish. One and done!

-rice

-mushrooms (sliced)

-jalapeno (sliced)

-frozen peas

-bok choy

-garlic (minced)

-spinach

-ginger (minced)

-tamari

-sesame oil

-basil (chopped into strips)

cook rice according to instructions. Place all veggies in a pan and fry up with the ginger, sesame oil, tamari, and garlic. Mix in your rice and add the chopped basil. Enjoy :D
