Blueberry Oaty porridge

-1/2 cup rolled oats

-1/2 cup frozen blueberries

-1 cup almond milk

-1 tsp maple syrup

-1 tbsp peanut butter

-2 tbsp chia seeds

- additional toppings: hemp hearts, coconut flakes, banana, granola

combine oats, blueberries, maple syrup, chia seeds, and milk to a sauce pan. Turn to medium heat for 2 mins and then turn down to simmer to allow the oats to soften. About 5-10 mins. Add a dollop of peanut butter and enjoy!
