These are sooo delish and packed with amazing nutrients and minerals!
- 1 sweet potato (chopped and baked in oven until soft)
-5 pitted dates (place in bowl with warm water to soften)
-1/2 cup cocoa powder
-2/3 oat flour
-1/2 cup peanut butter
-3tbsp coconut oil
-pinch of salt
-1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup dairy free chocolate chips
Heat oven to 180c and line a brownie tin with parchment paper. Add to a blender all the wet ingredients. I also added a bit of water to loosen the mixture. Add all dry ingredients to a bowl and then add in the wet ingredients. Top the mixture with the walnuts and chocolate chips. Bake in the oven for 30 mins and let cool for 30 mins. Then, ENJOY!
