cashew milk

I got so over buying plant milks all the time so I decided to make my own! It’s soo easy and tastes delish!

-3/4 soaked and drained raw cashews

-1/4 cup shredded coconut

-1-2 pitted dates

-3 cups filtered water

-pinch of salt

combine all ingredients to a blender and blend for 2-3 mins. Pour into a glass jar and keep in the fridge for 4-5 days!
