Morning Green Smoothie

A great smoothie to have in the morning which is nutty, green, and a perfect way to start the day. I love to add granola on top or any other toppings.

-1 frozen banana

- handful of spinach or kale (or both!)

-1-2tbsp almond or peanut butter

-1tbsp flax meal

-1 scoop collagen or protein powder (optional)

-1 cup plant milk

-blend and enjoy :D
