Blistered Shishito Peppers

These are a great appetizer for guests and literally take less than 10 mins to make.

-1 pack of shishito peppers

-sesame oil

-coconut aminos

-sesame seeds for garnish

Place a wok on high heat and drizzle in the sesame oil. Place the shishito peppers in the wok and allow them to blister and turn frequently. As they are blistering add in a few spoonfuls of the coconut aminos.

Serve in a bowl and add the sesame seeds on top.
