My favorite at home lunch
I love this lunch! I eat it most days because it’s high in veg and with the added quinoa and hummus it fills me up for longer. win!
-1 cup lettuce of choice
-handful of grape tomatoes
-any herbs on hand (here is mint and cilantro)
-1 tbsp hummus
-1/4 cup cooked quinoa
-1 tbsp drizzle of tahini, splash of balsamic vin, & Evoo :D
