Sumac plums Yogurt Bowl
- 2/3 chopped plums
-1/4 cup raw walnuts chopped
-1/2 cup favorite yogurt
- 1tsp cinnamon
-1tsp sumac
-optional bee pollen or honey to serve on top
add plums and walnuts to a bowl and season with cinnamon and salt. Give it a good mix. Add coconut oil to pan and pan fry the plums and walnuts on low for 5 mins. Take off the heat and allow to cool. Place on top of yogurt and add your fav toppings. Enjoy!
