everday yogurt bowl

I love this nutrient dense and mineral loaded yogurt bowl. It has protein, fat, fiber… which is the BEST way to either start your day, break a fast, or eat as a pick me up in the afternoon. I make sure to not add any additional sugars here besides fruit to keep glucose levels steady and keep you satiated all day.

-1/2 cup greek yogurt or coco yogurt

-1 tbsp peanut butter

-1/4 cup chia pudding

-1tbsp pumpkin seeds

-1 kiwi chopped

-1tbsp goji berries

-1 tbsp bee pollen

combine all ingredients to the bowl and enjoy!
