Coconut Blueberry Muffins

These were a hit in our house! We gobbled them down so quickly and I know bake them for clients and they just love!

- 1 3/4 cups flour (i used gf all purpose)

-1/4 cup maple syrup

1/4 cup coconut sugar

-3/4 cup coconut milk

-tsp baking powder & soda

-1 tsp cinnamon

-2 tbsp coconut oil

-1 cup blueberries

-grated lemon zest

mix all dry ingredients then mix all wet ingredients. Bake at 375 for 30 mins. ** extra grate lemon zest on top and coconut shreds
